After payment confirmation, your order moves through verification, preparation, protective packing, and carrier handoff within 3 to 5 business days. Once the package is dispatched, shipment details are sent to the email address entered during checkout.

  • Orders are prepared on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • High-demand periods, seasonal activity, or promotional events may require additional preparation time.
  • Orders placed after business hours begin the handling process on the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery timing depends on destination, carrier routing, customs review, local postal conditions, weather events, and courier capacity. The estimates below are general delivery guidelines and may change due to factors outside our direct control.

  • Domestic shipping where available: Typically 5 to 7 business days after carrier dispatch.
  • International shipping: Typically 14 to 21 business days after carrier dispatch, depending on route and destination.

Carrier tracking pages provide the most current delivery status when transportation delays, regional restrictions, customs checks, or operational interruptions affect shipment progress.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the delivery address, available shipping method, package size, and order weight. Any applicable charge is shown before the order is confirmed.

  • Complimentary shipping may be offered during selected promotions, campaigns, or limited store events.
  • Expedited or priority delivery may be available in certain locations for an additional cost.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

4. Shipment Tracking

When your parcel is handed to the delivery provider, tracking information is emailed so you can follow its progress. You may also check updates through our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Fees

International orders may require customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other local costs set by destination authorities. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping amounts displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any required import duties, local taxes, customs costs, and related charges.
  • Refused parcels due to unpaid import fees may qualify for refund review only after shipping and return costs are deducted.
  • Customs inspections are managed by local authorities and may change the expected delivery date.

6. Delays, Missing Parcels or Damaged Packages

After dispatch, delivery movement is managed by the carrier. While transportation schedules are not directly controlled by Balanlogy, our team can assist with reasonable shipment concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check nearby areas and contact the carrier before opening a support request.
  • Delayed or lost shipments may require a carrier investigation before the next resolution step is available.
  • If an item arrives damaged, keep the product and packaging, then contact us promptly with clear photos.

7. Correct Shipping Details

Please confirm all delivery details carefully before submitting your order. Balanlogy is not responsible for failed delivery, redirection issues, or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled address information.

  • Contact our team immediately if a shipping address must be corrected before dispatch.
  • Address edits cannot be guaranteed once order preparation has started.
  • Address changes are unavailable after the parcel has shipped.

8. Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments returned because of refusal, unsuccessful delivery attempts, unpaid import charges, or inaccurate address details are reviewed according to the conditions below.

  • Reshipping: May be offered once any required additional delivery fee has been paid.
  • Refund Review: May be completed after original shipping costs and applicable return fees are deducted.
